Absnowlute Art Show Coming Soon
On December 15-19, Absnowlute Resort will be hosting an art show feature works from various local artists. Come join us at the artist reception on December 15th from 6pm-9pm. There will be drinks, appetizers, and mingling. Check out some art, and meet new people. The art show will be available for viewing from 10am-10pm every day during the showing. If you are interested in purchasing any pieces, talk to the person at the front desk of the art show.
Sign Up For Amateur Contests
Are you the next Shaun White or Tanner Hall? Here's your chance to show everyone what you've got. Sign up for our Amateur Contests going on this winter at Absnowlute Mountain. Anyone who is not currently professionally sponsored can enter, and there are no age restrictions. You must purchase a lift ticket to ride, and pay $50 to register. You can pre-register (details coming soon about pre-registration), or you can register on site. In the past few years we've had some exciting amateur contests and we're excited to see the competition go down again this year!
Contest Season
Absnowlute Resort is excited to announce that we are hosting several different professional ski and snowboard contests. We love to host major contests and we're looking forward to it again this year. We'd love for you to come join us for the fun. More details about competitors, contest times, and more will be coming soon as we get more details.
Film Festival Entries Wanted
Think you're the next Speilberg? Have an independent film you want everyone to see? Then submit it to Absnowlute's Film Festival! We are accepting entries between now and February 1, 2009. Shorts must be no longer than 30 minutes, and features must be a minimum of 60 minutes. Films cannot have been screened at any other film festival, and must have been made within the past two years. Anyone can submit, from any nation. This is the third annual film festival here at Absnowlute Resort and we're excited to be hosting it again. Have any questions? Call us for more information.
